BioCheryl Howard (or Ceara ni Scathach to the fae) is a character in a World of Darkness game called Scarlet & Shadow. She's an undergraduate student at Georgetown University in the mundane world, and a member of the Barony of the Silver Lion in the fae one. She lives in the fictional village of Lyonsville, VA, which is where Scarlet & Shadow takes place.
